Papal Blessings, The Office of Papal Charities at the Vatican has updated its policy and system for obtaining parchments in recognition of sacraments, special birthdays or anniversaries effective March 2019. They can now only be obtained either in Rome or online at https://www.elemosineria.va/papal-blessing-parchments. Apostolic blessings now come in a selection of designs, languages and you can pay online with Visa or Mastercard.
